- For cancellations made 30 days before the start date of the tour 80% of the total bill will be reimbursed.
- For any cancellations made within the 30 days of the start date of the tour the penalty is the full amount.

Please note that the flight portion is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date; otherwise the penalty is the total value of the flight portion.

For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.

This policy includes all social, political, and natural contingencies, health status and acts of God that can occur.
