Children under ten years of age are not allowed.
- 45 days in advance: One night will be charged as a cancellation fee and the rest of the credit will be refunded.
- 30 days in advance: One night will be charged as a cancellation fee and the rest of the credit can be used for booking a room during another available period.
Important: Credit expires after one year, without previous notification.
- 10 days in advance and holidays: The entire credit will be lost, charged as a cancellation fee.
- For any reimbursement requiring a bank transfer a processing fee will be charged.
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought from outside the Pousada.
