The architectural project previews almost no intervention in the soil. The bungalows and the leisure and service areas are constructed over platforms and the construction material is mainly replanted trees' wood. The energy and water supply as well as the sewer system were also carefully implemented with nature preservation in mind.
The structures comprise of six double bungalows, reception, restaurant and bar, pool with six water massage spots (Jacuzzi), always respecting the environment and view, with the climate making it perfect.

One child up to five years of age, staying with parents, is free.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days in advance: One night will be charged as a cancellation fee and the rest of the credit can be used for booking a room in another available period.
Important: The credit expires after one year, without previous notification.
