The bungalows have two floors, with two apartments each. Each apartment has an area of approximately 40 m2 and features:

Teju - Balcony is directed to the area surrounding the inn, with a view of the Mata Atlântica (Tropical Coast Forest), by the foot of Morro do Pico (The Peaks Hill).

Teju-Açú - First floor, with a view of the inn's internal area.
